You may move your booking once to another available, published workshop date by contacting us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Bookings are non-refundable. Requests received less than 72 hours before the workshop, as well as no-shows, cannot be moved or refunded.
Tickets are transferable, so you’re always welcome to send someone else in your place. Just email us their name and contact details before the workshop.
For bookings with two seats, one or both seats may be transferred or moved, subject to the same 72-hour policy.
If we cancel a workshop, you can choose another available date or receive a full refund.
By completing your booking, you agree to our workshop booking and cancellation policy.
